Assistant Manager, DBM

Plan and execute media leads aqucsition campaigns, analyze the performance and develop optimization strategies to achieve the annual goal. Responsible for digital media operations, including audience targeting, creative material ideation, media tracking planning, and managing the customer digital journey, etc. Manage campaign P&L. Communicate and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as required for marketing campaign operations.

• Plan and execute media leads aqucsition campaigns, analyze the performance and develop optimization strategies to achieve the annual goal.
• Responsible for digital media operations, including audience targeting, creative material ideation, media tracking planning, and managing the customer digital journey, etc.
• Manage campaign P&L
• Communicate and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as required for marketing campaign operations.

• At least 3 years of digital marketing experience in media leads aqcusition campaigns.
• Experience in managing ads across Google/Meta/LINE…etc with hands-on experience.
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM, content marketing
• Experience working at a media agency or being familiar with media agency operations.
• Relevant work experience in marketing and business operations within the financial and insurance industries.
• Internal and external communication skills
• Strategic thinking and logical analysis skills
• Detail-oriented
• Team Player
• Google or digital-related certifications (a plus)
• Life insurance license (a plus)
